THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), through the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), wants the Supreme Court to reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals (CA), which allowed the termination of the power supply agreements (PSAs) between the Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and units of San Miguel Global Power.
