DAVAO CITY – The Northern Davao Electric Cooperative (NORDECO) has appealed to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to veto the bill that would expand the franchise of the Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (DLPC) into areas currently served by NORDECO.
